Start with a finished bag, not a loose sample
For bag work, bring a partially assembled sample whose awkward seam remains accessible. A flat strip demonstrates stitch formation but hides the handling problem. Pay attention to the space occupied by the presser feet and edge guide. A narrow opening might clear the cylinder but collide with an attachment. An accessory that helps on straight straps can obstruct a tight inside curve. Time an actual changeover during a demonstration. If half your day involves flat panels and half involves assembled bags, an awkward conversion can become a repeated interruption.
